Spencer Model 1860 Army Rifle; SN. 5757; Identified to Company "A" No. 40 of the 123rd Illinois Mounted Infantry Regiment; Engraving on barrel reads:  Co. A No 40 123 IL.; No. 40 was issued to Jacob Fox who enlisted as a Private on August 1, 1862 in Co. A. IL. 123rd Infantry; gun is in Good Antique Condition; prominent saddle wear on fore end; Good Action; Strong but pitted bore; Spencer 56 Rimfire; 30 inch barrel; weight just over 10 lbs.; In a Letter from Roy Martin Marcot, this is One of Only Two Known Marked Guns; Much Research included; antique, no FFL/C&R required for shipping; from my own personal collection;  Long guns shipped by FedEx in a hard case $65; all other items shipped fully insured Priority Mail; - -Hand guns $30 -- Spurs $30-- Knives, Swords & Sabers $30—Grips $20 – Scopes $10; return policy: three days inspection from the date the item is received; full refund of shipping both ways ONLY IF THE ITEM IS MISREPRESENTED.
