Description:
Quite rare high grade Manufrance Ideal. Has double triggers (not hinged), non-ejector, swamped rib, rising bite, wonderful engraving with carved fences and side clips. Some nice patina, but certainly not perfect. Good shooter! I have the original butt plate as well. Serial Number 51581. Weighs 6lb 8oz. Drop comb 1 7/16" Drop heel 1 5/8" Length of Pull 14 3/4" No discernible cast. Barrel length: 27 7/16" with 2 3/4" chambers. Left Barrel: I.D. .722" Choke Dia. .694" Choke 0.028" Wall thickness 9" from breech .056" Right Barrel: I.D. .720" Choke Dia. 0.709" Choke 0.011" Wall thickness 9" from breech 0.048" The gun has received some cosmetic refreshing but still carries a nice patina. The recoiling leather sling appears to be original.
