SMALL BORE Antique Belgian Percussion Shotgun
With Liege Proof & Twist Pattern Barrel
Here we present an antique Belgian Percussion Shotgun, manufactured in Liege circa late 19th Century. The top of the barrel is Liege proofed. The barrel was finished with an applied twist pattern.
The overall condition is fair. The barrel has still shows strong twist pattern. The markings are clear and legible. The stock has seen significant weathering. The bore is smooth with heavy oxidation. The action is mobile, but the hammer will not hold the cocked position. Here is a piece that would go well above the fireplace.
