Description:
L.C. Smith Ideal grade Built by Hunter Arms, the Ideal Grade was manufactured from 1913 to 1950 with a total number of 25,812 produced. This particular gun has a FWS serial number prefix which would date it from May 27, 1946 to June 19, 1950. The barrels chime beautifully and measure a touch over 30”. There appears to be no evidence of stock splitting behind the side plates. Stock splitting is very common on L.C. Smiths.
