Description:
Parker Bros. PH grade 12 gauge.Built in 1892,this gun has 30" twist steel barrels choked full (.030") and full (.035").Buitl on a #1 frame,the gun weighs 7-8.The gun is in excellent all original condition.It retains around 30% of the original case colors,90% of the damascus pattern,and 95% of the original wood finish.The stock is sound and is free of any cracks or damage.The wall thickness is good with the minimum thickness of .028" and an average of .032".The right bore is perfect with no rust or pitting.The left bore has 2 small pitted areas 2/3 of the way down the barrel.That is where the .028" was recorded.The chambers are the original 25/8" length.This gun would make a great dove or pheasant gun or a fine gun for vintager clays shoots.Classified as an antique so it can be shipped direct.
