An awesome beauty in every sense of the word. This guy sat out over 100 years and looks almost as if it just left the factory. The remaining factory high polish blue is a conservative 99%. The loss is contained to the very slightest sharp edge and side plate silvering. There no rust spots, scratches, pin pricks or rub marks to detract from the original finish. The grip straps show no sign of toning. The strawed parts are at the very minimum, 99%. The area under the safety lever is not blued which is correct for this every early gun. It is totally rust free as you can see.
The walnut checkered grips are pristine. No chips, dings, splits or flattened points. The grip screws are not damaged in anyway. The interior, slide rails, feed ramp and bolt show no wear. The barrel like the rest of the gun is pristine. Mirror bright with razor sharp rifling. Not a hint of frost to be seen.
The gun comes with one correct, perfect condition, walnut bottomed nickel body magazine. This early American import has all the attributes of a blemish free "Cabinet Queen". For the very serious collector or investment buyer you won't regret this acquisition.......$2595 Shipped.
