Custom Peruvian Mauser rifle chambered in 22-250 Remington. Highly desirable Peruvian action, upgraded with Dakota bolt shroud featuring M70 type three position safety, new bolt handle, rear tang screw hole welded closed for clean appearance, magazine box shortened for 22-250 cartridge, hinged floorplate with release inside trigger guard. Jeweled bolt and follower. Fitted with 24” tapered round sightless barrel. Caliber engraved on barrel. All metal is hand prepped, no buffing, bluing by Eagle Arms in Albuquerque. Classic style quarter sawn English Walnut stock that is hard and dense with fiddleback running the entire length. Photos do not do justice to the beauty of this blank. Double shadow cheekpiece, streamline Gabon Ebony forend tip, Fleur de Lis checkering that wraps around the forend. Hand rubbed linseed oil finish, checkered steel pistol grip cap. 13 5/8” LOP over an black Pachmayr Olde English pad, sling eyes on stock. Fitted with Redfield TX 27 5-20x variable scope with internal parallax adjustment and duplex reticle. Redfield contoured two piece bases and rings. Test fired only in like new condition. Ships in hard plastic case.
