Colt Single Action Army 3rd Generation Model P1746 chambered in 44 Special, SA33XXX manufactured 1980. Features nickel plated finish with desirable 4 ¾” barrel, fitted with rare ebony grips with etched Ivory inlay scrimshawed “Colt”. Condition is as new showing only minimal handling marks. According to Don Wilkerson’s book, “The Post-War Colt Single-Action Revolver 1976 - 1986”, this Colt is 1 of 1,352 produced in 1980 with a total production of only 1,712. Complete with Colt factory woodgrain box with matching label numbered to the revolver & all papers. Box shows wear with torn end label.
