Description:
Anschutz 1710HB built by DJ (Don Smith) last year. I'm not using it like I thought I would be so would rather free up the funds for something else. This one has a beautiful piece of wood hand selected by the Anschutz folks in Trussville and cost $300 extra. The work done by DJ is as follows: Anschutz 1710 HB Classic build. Factory New 1710 HB classic with upgraded hex action screws and upgraded wood. Two stage trigger with modifications and tune (6/6 oz). Custom claro walnut bolt knob in duracoat finish. Full bolt work for ignition, extraction, and ejection. Feed tuning. Bolt guide polish. Lilja 3 groove stainless match barrel (.900 muzzle diameter) with custom match chamber (optimized for R50). V breech setup with tuned bottom lip for feeding. 19" barrel length threaded 1/2-28 with thread protector. Permanently attached stress free with faux pins. Pillar and glass bed stock. Hand file bedding edges and duracoat matte black. Full accuracy testing. As expected, it shoots incredible and will group in the .2s if the shooter does their job. Includes DIP rail and Warne rings, but scope is not included. The rifle has under 200 rounds through it and remains in as new condition. I just prefer the feel of my 1712 so that gets most of the range time. I paid $3675 for the build. The rifle weighs 7 lbs 6 oz without scope, rings or rail.
