U.S. Springfield 1888 “Ramrod Bayonet” Trapdoor .45-70 caliber rifle. This is an extremely fine example of a ramrod bayonet trapdoor rifle. Breech shows original case coloring. Stock is near excellent condition with a strong 1891 cartouche. Inspector mark also present. Barrel retains 98% original blue. Bore is mint. This is a very sexy trapdoor!
