U.S. Springfield 1884 Trapdoor .45-70 caliber rifle. Beautiful example of an 1884 Trapdoor Springfield rifle! Breech has original case harden colors. Barrel has 98% original blue. Stock is in excellent condition. A strong 1886 cartouche remains with an inspector mark “P” under the rifle next toe the trigger guard. This is a fine example!
