Description:
This S&W Model 10-5 is fitted with a 4 inch pinned barrel, checkered standard grips with S&W medallions, is blue finished, and chambered in .38 Special. The 6-shot revolver is in very good original condition, retaining 85% of its original blue finish, with most of the thinning due to holster wear. The wood grips are in excellent original condition, retaining all of their original finish, with minimal handling marks. The bore is bright with sharp rifling. The action works fine except for timing of 2 cylinder chambers, when slow cocked they do not lock up completely until the trigger is squeezed back enough to bring the hand up to lock the cylinder into place, double action works perfectly.
