Chambered in .460 Weatherby magnum, this Deluxe model fires a high-powered round that is designed for thick-skinned, dangerous game. This caliber is well-suited for African elephant, African buffalo, hippo, and rhino. This Mark V Deluxe is in excellent condition and has an appealing, luxurious finish. The stock is a new Monte Carlo checkered walnut, with rosewood tip and grip caps with a small factory blemish. The barrel has a high luster finish with minimal markings near the tip of the barrel. Its rifle stock is designed to manage recoil, and combined with the muzzle brake, provides an effective reduction in recoil felt by the shooter. This Weatherby Mark V Deluxe is a beautiful, well respected trophy tagger and should be at your side on your next safari.
