Description:
This Remington O/U Derringer is stamped on the top of the barrel, "REMINGTON ARMS-U.M.C. CO. ILION, N.Y." The Reminton Derringers stamped this way are considered First Variations, manufactured in 1911. It is fitted with 3 inch barrels, checkered black plastic grips, manual extractor, is nickel plated, and is chambered in .41 R.F.. It is in very good original condition, retaining 60-70% of its original nickel finish, with most loss due to flaking. The grips are mostly worn smooth with little checkering left. The bores are bright, with sharp rifling, but some minor corrision. The barrel release lever locks solidly in place and the barrel to frame fit is somewhat loose. The serial number, 935 is stamped on the frame under the right grip and on the bottom of the barrel. Decent example of its type.
