Description:
Offered for sale is a full Remington UMC sealed box of 45-90 Winchester CENTRAL FIRE BLACK POWDER cartridges with 300 grain lead bullets. The rear "GUARANTEE" label seals the box which is also wrapped in clear plastic film to protect it. Winchester introduced the 45-90 cartridge with their new model 1886 rifle in 1886. The 45-90 cartridge was discontinued from production in the mid 1930's. This cartridge was considered to be superior to the 45-70 cartridge, due to its additional 20 grain black powder charge. Top label shows 20 CENTRAL FIRE CARTRIDGES. The words CENTRAL FIRE were changed to CENTER FIRE in 1898, dating this box. The pictures show the condition of the box much better than I can describe it. By buying this ammo, you are certifying you are over 21 years of age and there are no Federal, State or local laws prohibiting your purchase or possession of this ammo. Ammo can only be sold in the lower 48 states. Some States do not allow on-line ammo sales, unless you have a state issued exemption form and you are responsible to know your local laws. Therefore, ammo will not be sold in the following States: Alaska, California, Chicago IL, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey New York, Washington DC. Some states require ammo to be sold only to FFL holders, while others restrict certain counties. Ammo sold for collector purposes only and not sold where prohibited by law.
