Description:
Mid WW2 production M1 .30 carbine, manufactured by Standard Products. Serial number 2031xxx. Underwood barrel is likely original. Other parts are mostly Standard Products, all are detailed below. Most metal parts have been refinished. Stock is new walnut. This carbine is in excellent used condition. No import marks.
The carbine has been disassembled, examined, lubricated, and test fired.
15 round magazine and sling are included.
Specs:
Receiver: April 1943 - May 1944. Marked “U.S. CARBINE CAL. .30 M1”, “STD. PROD.” The Std Prod mark is covered by the replacement rear sight, which is common. Excellent condition, no pitting. Also marked “7B” on side
Barrel: Underwood 5-44, long skirt, with firing proof “P”. Exterior is in very good condition, no pitting. Bore is bright, no pitting, although there are a few scratches from cleaning. Sharp rifling. ME gauge for Garand rifles shows 1 1/2 on this barrel.
Front sight: marked “N”
Rear sight: adjustable, milled, marked “SA”
Bolt: flat, marked “S6”
Firing pin: marked “HS”
Extractor: late type flat lip, marked “SW1”
Barrel band: late bayonet lug type, marked “SI”
Trigger housing: forged type, marked “S”, also “8-A” outside mag well
Safety: flip, horseshoe M
Operating slide: marked “S” inside, “80” outside
Hammer: straight, marked “SW”
Trigger: marked “HR”
Sear: marked “SW”
Magazine catch: 15-round, marked “E.I.”
Stock and handguards: walnut, new repro, new condition.

-Used Firearms: 3 day inspection policy. Item may be returned if in same condition as when it left our facility. Returns are subject to a $35.00 restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges (must include insurance and signature requirement) and any transfer fees.
