I had/have never met Klaus and Heidi Hiptmayer but this rifle tells me they were gifted gun and stock makers. The fit, finish of this rifle is perfect in my eyes. Beautiful piece of Turkish walnut , Fish Scale Checking with a light floral scroll, ebony forend tip and a 1/2 inch butt pad. Gold enlayed line work on the receiver and tang safety. Beautiful deep blue finish on the receiver and 25 inch Octagon Barrel
that has two open leaf sights and a barrel mount swing swivel. Recknagel Swivel Mounts with Swarovski Scope is, NOT, included.
Chambered in .375 H&H, this beauty has a Hartman and Weiss Hagn Action, weighs 9.25 lbs and has a 14.50 LOP. Pictures show I had some lint on the receiver? Finish is as new!
