Description:
This is a Model 1896 Krag rifle and was made in 1896. It retains over 80% original finish and has a nice 1896 wood cartouche. The serial number is 89607 and the mechanical function is very crisp and tight. The bore is very good with strong rifling and only lightly frosted in the grooves.
