Offered for sale is one full and complete box of Dominion 32-40 Winchester cartridges with 170 grain KKSP bullets. Cartridges were manufactured by Canadian Industries Limited (C.I.L.)in Montreal Canada. I have two boxes available and the price is theprice for each box. Ballard introduced this cartridge in the mid 1880's for match target single shot rifles and established a reputation for excellent accuracy. Original loading consisted of 40 grains of black powder and 165 grain lead bullets with a muzzle velocity of 1440 feet per second. This cartridge is loaded with 170 grain bullets with a muzzle velocity of 1540 feet per second and is considered a high velocity loading. If you are looking for high velocity cartridges for your rifle, this is it. The 32-40 and 38-55 were the first two black powder cartridges loaded in Winchester's new model 1894 rifle. By buying this ammunition, you are certifying you are over 21 years of age and there are no federal, state or local laws prohibiting your purchase or possession of this ammo.
