This Browning Safari in .338 Win Mag is in fantastic shape! The stock exhibits almost all of its original finish, with sharp checkering and no dings, dents, scratches, or cracks. Original Browning recoil pad is excellent, with no deformation. Belgian proof marks on barrel and receiver are crisp and clear, and the polished blue finish on both is beautiful, with just the normal slight thinning on the barrel consistent with honest use. Bolt is in the white and excellent, with a clean breech face and no oxidation. Bore is bright and shiny, with sharp rifling its entire length. Original mid barrel rear sight is present, as is a set of nice steel scope bases. Bottom metal exhibits the usual attractive factory engraving pattern over a nice lustrous black anodized finish. A classic Browning sporting rifle that is ready for your next hunt!
