This bayonet was produced by Imperial. The bayonet's model number is US M4. It comes with the original US M8 scabbard made by B M Co. The blade has not been sharpened or grouned. The leather grip is intact with no damage. This bayonet shows honest service use and carry. This is a very nice original as issued bayonet for the M1 Carbines that are fitted with the type three barrel bands. These World War Two bayonets with the leather grips are getting hard to find today. Search for hlvfineguns on google for more information.
