This Winchester Model 23 XTR Pigeon Grade 12 gauge is in very good to excellent condition. The action locks tight and the barrels are on face. The top lever is right of center. The stock was cut when the aftermarket recoil pad was properly fit. This is a lot of shotgun for the price.
