Description:
This is an excellent example of a 1953 production Russian SKS. Made by the Tula Arsenal, this SKS is all-original and has not been rebuilt. All of the numbered parts match as originally factory stamped. The original factory blue finish still shows a nice gloss blue and rates 95% plus. The bore is chrome lined and mirror bright, and the original serial numbered hardwood stock is in very good condition overall with only some flaking factory applied varnish as a deduction. This SKS is import marked out on the barrel in very small font that does not stick out when examining this Tula SKS. This rifle comes with an original Russian sling as well. If you have been looking for a Russian SKS this original 1953 Tula example would be an excellent choice.
