Description:
Desirable 24 inch full octagon barrel with full length mag tube chambered in 44 WCF caliber with crescent style butt plate. Original sights include a German silver blade front and a flat top sporting rear sight. Very good shiny bore. This very fine rifle has most all original bright blue remaining on the barrel, mag tube and forend cap as well as the receiver which exhibits some loss due to flaking. Hammer and lever have traces of case colors showing. The butt plate has some very light traces of case color. The wood is fine fitting with a ding on the right side of the forearm. Stock looks good with some light dings. Crisp action and sharp markings. A nice looking Model 1892 in a desirable caliber and configuration.
