Description:
Chambered in the less common 16 gauge, this Winchester Model 24 is in fine shape. The barrels and receiver retain most of their original blue finish, with just a small area of grey/brown patina starting to form at the receiver hinge where the gun was no doubt carried in the hand. Bores are both bright and clean, and the butt stock and semi beavertail fore end are in great shape as well, with some light handling marks but no cracks, chips, or big dings. Original hard rubber butt plate is completely intact. Action locks up tightly and gun functions perfectly. A fine old Winchester double barrel with lots of life left in it!
