Description:
This Model 1886 was a 40-60 caliber and the owner wanted to shoot it in 45-70, so he had it relined in 45-70. The bore is excellent and the mechanical function is very good and tight. It still has traces of original blue remaining. The wood is not cracked or damaged and the rear stock was lightly sanded. The serial number is 28432 and was made in 1889. This is a good shooter in 45-70.
