The model 1915 was Beretta's first venture into making semi-auto pistols. This gun is an excellent example of Beretta ingenuity, featuring an exaggerated slide stop, safety on the rear tang, and a 7 round magazine. The 9mm Glisenti caliber, though 9x19, is not interchangeable with 9x19 Luger and modern Luger/Parabellum ammo should not be fired in this gun.This would be a great addition to any Beretta or early military firearms collector. Only 16,000 were produced.
