45-90 , serial number C465XX. True Buffalo rifle based on Civil War carbine action. 28" barrel Old Reliable marked with ladder sight. Metal shows brown patina overall. Bore is good with minor pitting. Upper tang broken at front screw. Lever sliding lock missing from lower tang. Carbine sling base filled at pistol grip on left side and checkered over. Checkering worn smooth from extended use. Repair at head of stock on left side. Crack behind lockplate with old repair. Forend smooth, showing wear, overall sound. Firing pin broken. Front sight shows chisel staking. Four extra brass cases in leather ammo holder between receiver and rear sight. More photos on request. Please add $50.00 for shipping and insurance.
