Description:

Winchester 1897 12 Ga shotgun. Very fine example of an 1897 shotgun made in 1903. 32” Barrel with full choke. Bore is excellent. Approximately 97-98% original finish remains. Wood is very good plus with W.J. Buttfield neatly stamped on the left side of the stock. Near excellent overall condition. Note: The name on the buttstock is probably the original owner in 1903. It is small and does not detract from the beauty of the gun. As compared with idiots that put their driver’s license and social security number in the metal with a vibro-pencil.
