Pre war Winchester model 61 in 22 short,long,or long rifle.Built in 1938,this rifle has the pre war small forend and steel buttplate.It is in excellent all original condition.It retains 99% of the original blue and wood finish.The bore is mint and free of any rust or pitting.The wood is sound with no cracks or damage.All roll marks are sharp and crispThis is a fine example of the early model 61 in unaltered condition.C&R ekigible.
