Description:
Very rare "Alpine" Carbine. Caliber 30-06 with 20" barrel, double set triggers. From the factory in Austria the bolt handle is deep relief hand engraved in a tasteful leaf pattern. The hand surfaces of the pistol grip and forearm are carved with the traditional European oak leaf-acorn pattern. Specially selected European walnut with hand finish to a high gloss.
Blueing shows no appreciable wear. Stock shows some minor handling. Overall condition very good plus but not collector quality.
