Description:
Standard carbine configuration with 20 inch barrel and full mag with saddle ring and carbine butt. This early production gun features a pinned beaded blade front sight and folding rear carbine ladder sight. Good bore with strong rifling. Crisp action. Real strong original blue on barrel and mag tube that is thinning in spots. Receiver has strong original blue with wear to the edges and silvered out on the bottom at the carry point. Traces of case color remain on hammer and lever. Wood looks good and fits nice with an additional coat of varnish added long ago.
