Description:
I have for sale a WW1 Germain MAUSER Kar 98a carbine in a nice walnut stock. The carbine is ALL MATCHING including the muzzle cover. About 50% of the original blue is remaining with some scattered spots of light rust. The stock and hand guard have the original finish along with somes, nicks, and scraps ....typical for a military rifle used in two wars. The worst of the scratches/scraps are around the middle sling band. They are not very deep and probably could be easily fixed. The bore is strong and consistent from one end to the other, but is showing some corrosion in the grooves. I have taken several pictures and can take others if you need to see something not shown. Shipping/insurance will be actual costs via USPS. Must go to a FFL dealer or C&R.
