Description:
This Colt Anaconda Legacy Edition was made in 1995 and is chambered for .44 Special and .44 Magnum bullets. This was a limited run of 1000 by Colt.
Because this Revolver was not listed in the Blue Book of Gun Values, I called them of which I obtained information that very few come to market and their records indicated A new never shot with wooden case for $3,200 in 2016. In today Market- 2018 the value would be $3,700
We grade this at 97%- 100% as there are no apparent problems. Please note the Cylinders lack of Actuation markings & the firing pin frame housing shows no wear. If shot at all its been shot very few times.
Markings: The left side of the barrel is engraved with a gold filled scroll which reads “COLT ANACONDA / 44 MAGNUM”. A banner is engraved on either side of the scroll which reads “THE LEGACY EDITION” and “ONE OF 1000”. A gold filled Colt logo is present on the left barrel band. The right side of the barrel is marked “DOUBLE ACTION REVOLVER / COLT’S PT. F.A. MFG. CO.,HARTFORD, CONN. U.S.A.” The Serial no. is: MM 79732. The bottom of the receiver is marked “LE0 279” . Limited Edition One: 279 out of 1000.Signed: KANE on the trigger housing which I was told was the Engraver.
