Description:
Presented for sale, you will find a Remington Model 1100 12 gauge shotgun with a 25 ½” barrel. The barrel is fitted with a RemChoke. This shotgun is equipped with a magazine extension.
There is an indent at the front of the magazine tube to prevent the magazine follower from coming out the front. This indent must be removed for an additional four rounds to loaded into the magazine extension. It is not big deal to take it out; however, we are not licensed gunsmiths.
The receiver is Parkerized and the ribbed barrel is blue. As you can see the stock is Remington and synthetic.
In my opinion, the barrel has been refinished and I would bet the receiver has, too. Nevertheless, it does not appear to have been fired since it was built. This shotgun is consigned from an estate; therefore, it is impossible to ask the original owner because he has left the range.
