***PRICE REDUCED*** $Was $4500. This is a very rare Winchester Model 70 Mannlicher in Excellent condition, having only three very minor stock imperfections that I can find and have pictured. My research indicates approximately 2400 were produced between 1968 and 1971 and that about half of those went to overseas markets. This rifle was manufactured in 1968 based on the 919235 serial number and the smooth bolt handle, which was only produced on this model in 1968. The bolt is jeweled with matching number. The sights are a Williams adjustable open rear sight with hooded ramp front sight. The stock is full length Monte Carlo Mannlicher walnut, checkered, with quick detachable sling swivels and Winchester butt pad. The rifle is chambered in very desirable .243 Win., as less than 400 (the least of any caliber) of the total production were in this caliber. I presume it has been shot, but has had very little use.
