The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

The Blackhawk "Convertible" models are factory equipped with two cylinders-- one chambered for the more economical 9mm Luger cartridge and the other for the more potent .357 Magnum (which also gives the flexibility of firing reduced power .38 Special loads). Convertibles are popular with shooters who appreciate the classic single action design, but opt for the versatility of being able to use more than one caliber in their handgun.
This heavy duty workhorse features a handsome stainless finish and a set of Rosewood laminate grips that closely follow the natural contour of a shooter's hand, allowing for easy operation of the Blackhawk. Firing is accomplished via a very smooth traditional double action design that unlike other revolvers, exclusively uses high quality piano wires in its construction.
The front sights on these revolvers are pinned into the base so you can switch the front sight out for other heights or configurations that work best for you. All parts, including the gripframe and ejector rod housing are made out of a stainless steel. This configuration combined with the ruggedness of steel construction really make this gun ready for hard use in the field.
