Smith & Wesson Victory .38 S&W caliber revolver. Beautiful Smith & Wesson Victory model in .38 S&W (not Special). Engraved by the well-known custom gunsmith and engraver Kurt Jager in Mainz, Germany and signed on the left side of the top strap. Floral pattern with tendrils. The grip strap and back strap finish at a well conceived butt cap with engraving continuing on the straps en suite with the butt cap. Grips are beautifully carved ivory in floral motifs. Bore is excellent. Action works perfectly. The trigger and hammer have engine turned jeweling. The barrel has a solid rib also engraved. This is a most handsome revolver by the reknown German engraver Kurt Jager! Note: This gun is for .38 S&W caliber cartridge, not .38 Special.
