Originally designed as an alternative to the model 70, the Winchester 670 gives the user a lot of bang for the buck. This 670 is chambered in .300 Winchester Magnum, a caliber which has been used by the military and multiple law enforcement departments for specialized units due to its long range sniping and marksmanship capabilities. 300 Win Mag has also held several wins in 1,000 yard accuracy competitions. It's a great caliber that shoots flat and has efficient long distance energy behind its bullet. It's also a very popular caliber when hunting moose and elk. This 670 has seen some use and it shows; there are marks throughout the stock and the finish has worn off in multiple areas, the bluing has faded on the barrel and receiver, and the bold shows speckling and oxidation. However, a knight in shining armor is a man who has never had his metal truly tested. This 670 has been tested and has its scars to prove it. It is a testament to the years of reliable service this rifle has given its previous owner, and the years more that it can give to you.
