Description:
Sako ~ L61R Custom ~ .270 Weatherby Magnum. Features a 25 1/2" custom barrel (unknown maker), custom stocked with mesquite hardwood (one of the hardest hardwoods found on the North America continent, and some refer to mesquite as ironwood), ebony grip and forend caps, Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad and sling swivel studs.

Caliber Info: .270 Weatherby Magnum
Metal Condition: Excellent condition overall, save for three small scatches in the barrel.
Wood Condition: Very good with some minor scratches. The cracks in the wood are natural for mesquite.
Bore Condition: Very good bore with strong lands and grooves, appears to have been shot very little.
Barrels: 25 1/2" Custom barrel, of unknown manufacture.
Triggers: Sako trigger with an aftermarket trigger shoe.
Stock: Custom stocked with mesquite hardwood.
Stock Dimensions:
14 1/8" Length of pull.
Fore End: Ebony forend and grip caps.
Butt Pad: Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad.
Weight: 10 1/4 Lbs. with scope.
Sights: Leupold M8 6x42mm with duplex reticle, mounted in Leupold rings and Redfield bases.
