Here is a great looking Marlin made the first year of the 39A and the last year of case-hardened actions I believe. The gun is in near mint condition with bright bluing, vivid case-hardening, ecellent bore and action. The wood is near mint as well. I doubt there are many this nice and the rifle is nearly 80 years old. The value will only go up. This is C&R eligible or can be shipped to your ffl. $60 shipping and insurance via priority mail.
