Flintlock O/U Pistol
English made cased flintlock pistol with a brass frame, brass over / under smoothbore barrels that has a rare stack breach to accommodate the double loading of the over and under feature. The pistol is an original flintlock in good working order. It retains its original brass lever for the rotating pan. The stacked cavity pan allows for dual loading and dual firing when the pan rotated. The case was made to fit only this pistol. The original oval in the case is missing. The grips are checkered and in great condition. The frame is engraved in a period English motif. The frame retains its original hammer safety. Overall the pistol is in very good condition. Ca 18th century. This is a beautiful English pistol in a nice case. Nice addition to any collection. Call Gordon 540-448-0344
