About Us: I do transfers, consignments and individual sales. I have a Tye #6 FFL which means I have a license to manufacture ammunition. I also have a type #1 FFL which is a standard federal firearms license to buy and sell firearms. The ammo I make is ammunition for many obsolete firearm calibers. My current transfer fee for 2025 is 40.00 cash for the first firearms and 5.00 for each additional firearm in that transaction.
Description:
Winchester Model 70, Sporter Varmint, in 22-250 caliber with a Nikon 6.5x20x44 Rifle scope with additional shade attachment along with a sling. Rifle is used (very little), in Excellant condition. No apparent scratches. Looks like two slight indentations on bolt (right or starboard) side from Sling while in storage. This firearm does not come with a box for either the rifle or scope. Barrel looks great, lands and groves look in excellant condition. Barrel looks like it should have a patch sent down the barrel. This barrel is a medium heavy weighted barrel. The manufacture date is approxamatly 1989 as the serial number starts with G1947.
This firearm is on consignment to me. I do not test fire the firearms.
I accept USPS checks as payment. I'm an FFL and will ship only to another FFL after the buyer’s FFL sends their copy of an FFL first. Buyer to know and abide by all local, state and federal laws pertaining to this firearm. I ship to the lower forty eight contiguous states. Please ask questions or ask for additional photo's. Buyer must be 21 years old to purchase handguns and 18 years for long guns. I charge 30.00 for shipment of handguns and 50.00 for shipment of long guns, this includes insurance. Additional shipping charge for Alaska and Hawaii residents. I reserve the right to list firearm on other gun site’s, when sold, ad will be removed. If sold to second buyer before ad is removed, first buyer wins the firearm regardless of site. All Sales are Final. Additional charge of 6% sales tax to Pennsylvania residents.
