Description:
The H&K Model 4 was that company’s first pistol. It was given the number 4 to represent the number of calibers the pistol could be chambered in. The pistol could be chambered for the .22 LR, .25 ACP (6.35mm Browning), .32 ACP (7.65mm Browning), and the .380 ACP (9mm Kurz), though the pistol was only usually sold from the factory in the latter two calibers. Conversion kits were made available, which required changing the barrel, spring and magazine only. The Model 4 bears a strong resemblance to the pre-World War 2 Mauser HSc pistol, particularly its hammer design. The pistol here is in great shape, with the bore in particularly excellent shape. The pistol comes with no less than four magazines and some spare parts (for the pistol) are included as well. The front and rear sights have been painted for easier sighting. According to the HI stamp on the frame, this pistol was produced in 1978. If you are an H&K collector this is definitely one pistol you will need for your collection.
