Engraved steel mounts. Barrel tang with old hairline. Walnut 1st Empire form stock with ornately checker grip with engraved steel butt cap. Very fine Petit Point brass tack bordering about the butt and barrel tang. Horn tipped wood ramrod. All original and not a reconversion. Very fine overall and of fine quality. Fine original brown metal patina and stock with the original finish. Lock with all the original parts and in perfect working order. Excellent bore.
