Revolutionary War era French Charleville lock plate of 1774 pattern stamped in script “CHARLEVILLE” and proofed “CROWN/N”. Maple full length stock and lightly engraved trade quality brass mounts. Original iron ramrod. All original and in original flint (not a reconversion). All original and in attic condition with old deep patina. Stock in good condition with no cracks or repairs.
