Description:
Late second model rifle with 24 inch full octagon barrel chambered in 44 WCF caliber. Full length mag tube. Bore is bright and shiny with a crisp functioning action. Blued receiver with most all of the blue remaining on barrel, mag tube and forend cap. Strong case color remains on the butt plate, hammer and lever. Blade front and sporting rear sights. Single set trigger that works. Deluxe extra figure wood with checkering and an ebony insert on the pistol grip. Stocks have a few impressions but retains most of its finish. Very nice looking deluxe 1873!
