SALE PENDING

WW2 Springfield Armory M1 Garand, serial number 31044xx, manufactured August 1944. Barrel is Springfield, dated June 1945 with a mint bore. Other marked parts are Springfield, described below and shown in pictures. No import marks.

This M1 is a Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) 1966 rebuild, marked on the receiver and stock. After WWII the government contracted the rebuilding of many M1 rifles at various facilities including LEAD. Any worn parts were replaced, and all metal was refinished. The rifles were then kept in reserve, and many were never used.

This Garand has been test fired and performed perfectly, cycling through a full clip, ejecting the clip at the end.

Two M1 enbloc clips (no ammo),sling and a new repro canvas carry case are all included.
