.52 caliber, 20" part octagon barrel with folding ladder sight. Lever action casehardened breechloading action with external hammer. Walnut buttstock bearing a U.S. inspector's cartouche on the left flat. Showing an even plum/brown patina overall with crisp stampings and a very nice sharp bore. Mechanically excellent.
