Winchester 1895 .405 Win. Was nicknamed "Big Medicine" By Teddy Roosevelt. Manufactured in 1912. Has somelight handling marks in wood and retains 90-94% original varnish.Barrel blueing is about 95%. Receiver has 85% deep blue with thinning on upper rear and lower front left side and middle top and front bottom on right side. Thinning on bottom. Normal wear on action. Wood to metal fit is excellent and no marred screws. Overall gun is a strong 85-90%. Mint bore!
